POST PANDEMIC WORKPLACE COMPLEXITY

As a leader looking to develop and grow your business, you have successfully come through the worst of the pandemic.

You now need to retain your staff and possibly even recruit new ones against the backdrop of a cost of living crisis and the possibility of a recession (on the horizon), all in a new type of work environment.

What can you do?

Join a small group of professional peers for an exclusive and confidential, solution-focused conversation in which we will explore the challenges and the solutions.

MALE PERSPECTIVES ON THE VALUE OF WOMEN AT WORK

Male Perspectives on The Value of Women at Work is an exploration of the value women bring to the world of work - from the variety of perspectives of a rich diversity of men who highlight some of the things that women uniquely bring to the workplace. They also highlight challenges that impede women’s ability to realise their full potential – both at individual and systemic levels.

The Author, Susan Popoola will be running exclusive Leadership Roundtable Conversations for a cross-section of professionals to enable leaders to better understand some of the issues raised, and to work towards solutions. The following Conversations will be taking place in September:

A REFLECTIVE THINKING SPACE ON BLACK BRITAIN

The 1st October marked the beginning of Black History Month in Britain. I believe it’s especially poignant this year, considering the disproportionate impact that Covid-19 has had on people of colour, the concerns raised via the Black Lives Matter movement and what has happened since. Providing the opportunity to:

  • Recognise what’s wrong,

  • Celebrate the positives

  • and to determine how to move forward to a more positive and inclusive future.

During Black History Month, we will be creating a “Thinking Space” for small groups of Senior Executive Decision Makers to reflect on some of the issues of race and privilege,  helping for more effective dialogue and action within your organisation and beyond.
